50gr of High Choice Angus Skirt Steak grilled, with guacamole and house salsa.

CHICKEN
50gr of Chicken grilled, with guacamole and house salsa.
PASTOR
50gr of marinated pork in a pastor adobo(the real one), with roasted pineapple, coriander, and onion.
FISH
50gr of Fish grilled or beer-battered in tempura.
SHRIMP
50gr of Shrimp grilled or beer-battered in tempura.

SMOKED BRISKET
50gr of smoked prime-grade beef smoked 8 hrs with mesquite wood and served with a bbq sauce.
